Ionia County (district includes all but SE corner)
The Board of Commissioners meets on Tuesdays from either 3 p.m.  -4 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the Ionia County Administration Building (3rd Floor) Commissioners Board Room. Meeting schedule can be found here: https://ioniacounty.org/events/categories/boc/

Montcalm County
Regular Board of Commissioner meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month, at 4 p.m., on the 3rd floor of the County Administrative Building (the old courthouse) at 211 W Main St., Stanton, MI 48888. Meetings can also be viewed on the County's You Tube channel.

Newaygo County
Board of Commissioners - Regular sessions of the Board are on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, at 9:30 a.m., and at such other times and days as may be established. Board of the Administration Building at 1087 Newell St., White Cloud, MI 49349.

Lake County (district includes Western portion)
County Commissioners meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 10 AM in the Commissioners Room, 800  10th St, Baldwin, MI 49304.

Kent County (district includes north portion excluding Rockford: Tyrone, Sparta, Solon, Algoma, Nelson, Cortland, Cannon, Spencer, Oakfield, and Grattan Townships; city of Cedar Springs - Cedar Springs and Cannon Townships)
Regular, public meetings of the Board of Commissioners are typically scheduled at 8:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month in the Board of Commissioners' Room (Room 310) on the third floor of the County Administration Building.

Ottawa County (district includes Chester Township) 
Chester Township Board meets on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m.
